Our research collaborative is engaged in understanding what decolonizing the curriculum can look like, especially as it applies to business education. In this 45-minute session, you will hear about what our literature review of decolonizing the curriculum has found and how we see it applying to business education, based on our personal experience as instructors, specialists in curriculum, and program managers. We will then engage in talking circles to further explore the topic of decolonizing education as it may apply in participants’ learning and teaching contexts.
